Shenstone is the result of an amalgamation of two property services companies and has experience dating back to 1981. We are a specialist repairs and maintenance contractor offering a bespoke service to Landlords and managing agents in the housing sector.
We aim to work collaboratively with our clients and their residents to deliver excellent value for money and customer focused services. Our ultimate aim is to deliver consistently high customer satisfaction.
Our specialism is the provision of tailored repairs and maintenance services to the social housing sector, regardless of total unit number. Our clients include registered social landlords, housing associations and property management companies with total unit numbers ranging from 10 to over 13,000.

Awarded a 5 year contract.
Shenstone Services Limited was awarded a 5 year contract with Wenlock Barn Tenants Management Organisation (TMO) in Hackney, East London. This important contract involves Shenstone Services providing the following services: Responsive day to day repairs, Full voids refurbishment and Out of hours response to Wenlock Barns 1400 No properties. As part of out partnering approach, Shenstone are co-locating with the Wenlock Barns housing management team on site together forming a 100% customer focused team.

Two contracts with London based specialist housing providers.
Shenstone Services were today awarded two contracts with London based specialist housing providers. Apna Ghar Housing Association are providers of accommodation support and opportunities for disabled and older people enabling them to gain independence. Over 90% of their tenants and service users are from BME communities, 62 % of their homes are wheelchair adapted. We have worked closely with Apna Ghar to develop repairs and maintenance service that provides value for money and minimises the risk of overspend. We provide Apna Ghar with the following services: Day to day repairs, Void refurbishment, Cyclical maintenance and Planned maintenance. The Westminster Society for People with Learning Disabilities aims to provide quality services and new opportunities for people with learning disabilities and their families in Westminster. We provide a full responsive repairs service to Westminster Societies staffed care homes.

Significant service improvements made.
Shenstone Services along with one of our key clients have made significant service improvements by focusing on improving customer satisfaction and value for money. Together with Grainger GenInvest Shenstone Services have change the nature of the previous traditional MTC style working arrangement into a modern and innovative partnership. We are now co-locating with Grainger GenInvest at their offices in West London. As a result of these changes Shenstone Services are now: Managing the responsive repairs budget, Handling all incoming calls from residents and Forming an integtral part of the service delivery team including performance review and continous service development.
